NPI Named a 2022 Atlanta Best Places to Work

ATLANTA – September 21, 2022 – NPI, a trusted provider of IT procurement services to many of the world’s most successful companies, has been named a Best Place to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This is the ninth time NPI has received this honor.

After a transformative year in 2021 that included transitioning to a “work from anywhere” workplace, NPI has focused on maintaining a strong culture of teamwork, integrity, accountability, and fun. Team members are regularly granted “Night on the Town” awards for achievements and accolades from clients, and treated to at-home benefits like meal and snack delivery. The company conducts a quarterly internal review to keep everyone informed about the business, and in 2022 is encouraging employee teams to gather at the Atlanta headquarters office or regionally at their discretion.

Jon Winsett, CEO of NPI, comments: “Over the last two years, we’ve really reimagined NPI as a ‘work-from-anywhere’ workplace. The result is collaboration and innovation are stronger than ever, our clients have never been happier, and our employees have more flexibility in their personal lives. It’s been a win-win across the board and we’re very proud of that.”

Based on independent survey results, the 2022 Best Places to Work list celebrates 100 of Atlanta’s best employers who demonstrate a strong commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees are asked to evaluate their company in several areas including job satisfaction, teamwork and benefits, as well as areas related to communication and leadership.

A longstanding member of Atlanta’s tech community, NPI provides price benchmark analysis, SaaS and on-premise software license optimization, software audit defense, and IT procurement support services that help clients eliminate overspending on IT and telecom. In 2021 NPI analyzed over $17 billion in spend for its clients, who regularly realize 7- and 8-figure savings.
